Q: Why are there two nav menu bars on each page?
A: The one at the top is flash-based. For some users (especially if they are accessing RFC with their iPhone), flash won't work. SO...we have added a 2nd HTML-based nav menu bar so NO ONE will miss the great stores, products & features in RFC. (SEE HOW CONSIDERATE WE ARE?)
Note; There's only so much room in the top bar too.
